different types of training for different areas of the body, so you’ll never do the same workout
twice, and your body is constantly challenged. No plateaus here.

At Luckey Fitness, our workout includes an active warm-up, a challenging exercise routine (scalable to all fitness levels), and a powerful finisher. Join our Fit Fam and experience a supportive community dedicated to your fitness journey!
This includes a 3-5 minute combination of dynamic warm-up exercises to make your workout safer and more effective.
Your trainer will move around the gym during camp, providing our signature personal-training-in-a-group-setting. Unlike other camps with 20-30 people, we limit our sessions to a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring you receive focused attention and support.
We will play a Fun Bootcamp game or a do a group metabolic finisher together!

Each Camp ends with “FIT FAM ON 3!!!” an acknowledgment of our community, hard work, and journey to strength and self-confidence.
