My passion for fitness dates back to when I was a young lad. My first encounter was helping my dad. He had a weight room at the house and was doing a bench press. All of a sudden he yelled for help as he was benching a lot of weight and burned out. I quickly ran over to find the weight was pinned on his neck! I helped him dump the bar off to one side. I was 4 years old at the time. So at the age of 4 I was already being pre-conditioned to be a personal trainer. Growing up I played soccer and baseball. I was also involved with American Kenpo martial arts. I played high school and college football, ran track and field and even played minor league baseball for a short while. In all of those sports I was required to train and train hard! I started working out at the age of 11. I would do push ups, sit ups and curls with my dad's free weights. Once I turned 12, I was able to join a gym. My mother was training for the "Mrs. Fitness USA" competition at the time so she brought me to the gym.

Coach Olivia

My name is Olivia Alexander. I am 32 years old and 1 out of two kids in my family who is the oldest. Growing up I rode horses and surfed as my athletic hobbies. It wasn’t until I turned 20 that I got into fitness and working out in a gym setting. I did bodybuilding for 4 years,CrossFit for 2, and now I am currently doing Olympic weightlifting at national level as a senior 49kg weight class category. Before I became a trainer I was a dental assistant for 8 years. I decided to leave that career and get NASM certified to become a trainer and have been training clients now for 7 years. I really enjoy watching my clients reach their goals and get stronger. I am always staying up to date on the latest method. Learning is a constant habit to stay relevant in this industry. I look forward to helping all of you and formulating a plan to reach your yearly fitness goals.

Hi my name is Em! I’m a certified prenatal & postpartum doula, yoga instructor, personal trainer & holistic health coach/nutrition consultant. I fell into the world of wellness when searching for an alternative to healing rather than going the western medicine route. Movement of energy has saved my life & it is my passion to introduce & lead people through the same realization I had - that we have all the tools necessary to reach our desired goals whether that be in mind, body &/or spirit, we just have to meet that with commitment to our higher self in whatever that looks like individually. My greatest super power is being in service to others in a way that leads to deepening our capacity to show up fully in all aspects of life in a more vibrant, healthy & present way! Outside of my career - I am a devoted wife, dog mom, lover of nature & adventure enthusiast. I love spending time with loved ones & I’m a huge believer in “how you do one thing is how you do everything” I’m always striving to become my best self & it is my deepest honor to inspire others to do the same!

Coach Lucas

My name is Lucas, and sports have been a part of my life as long as I can remember. It started with soccer on the playground and culminated in the blessing to play college football. Team sports and athletics have a unique ability to bring out the best in people and bond people for life; as soon as my playing career was over I knew I my future was in health and fitness bringing those same traits out in others. My experience playing college football, college degree, and passion for fitness fuel my energy, intensity, and drive for success. My mission is to bring positivity and intensity to the people around me and show them how much they are capable of both inside the gym and out. Looking forward to seeing you!

Coach Ryan

My name is Ryan, and with a history of sports dating back to before high school, I’ve been physically active for almost half of my life, now. That being said, living such a lifestyle never stopped me from being reckless with what I put in my body, and for years I’d eat whatever and whenever I wanted. Only this past year or so have I taken my nutrition seriously, and ever since then my physical performance has never been better, and is still improving today. With my certifications in personal training and nutrition, it’s my intention and goal to help people realize how easy it is to perform, safely, in the gym, amplified with self love in the form of clean eating.
