1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, facilities, programs, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Luckey Fitness provides fitness training, coaching, accountability, and wellness education services.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to participate. You represent that you are physically capable of engaging in fitness activities.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including injury or medical events, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. No Medical Advice

Our services do not replace care from licensed medical professionals. You are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider as needed.

6. Payments & Billing

Fees are due at the time of purchase

Memberships and packages follow disclosed billing schedules

Missed sessions do not guarantee refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by program and are disclosed at signup. Failure to attend sessions does not pause or cancel billing.

8. Client Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to:

Follow gym rules and staff instructions

Use equipment properly

Act respectfully toward staff and other members

Luckey Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, programming, materials, and content are the intellectual property of Luckey Fitness and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luckey Fitness is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation. Liability is limited to fees paid.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luckey Fitness, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your participation.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by the Luckey Fitness Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
